WORLD WAR EXPLAINED

Isaiah 13:9, 11, 13

(Vs. 9) “Behold, the day of the Lord is coming!--fierce, with wrath and raging anger--to make the land and the [whole] earth a desolation and to destroy out of it its sinners. (Vs. 11) And I, the Lord, will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their guilt and iniquity; I will cause the arrogance of the proud to cease and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible and the boasting of the violent and ruthless. (Vs. 13) Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth shall be shaken out of its place at the wrath of the Lord of hosts in the day of His fierce anger.”

T here are those who object to the prophetic Words (of the Lord) that we are posting on Youtube and printing in our Words of the Spirit publication (now called “God’s Holy War”). They claim (with fierce anger!) that God is “love” and He would never judge or punish. Really Now? The same God written about by the Prophet Isaiah is the same God today–He has never changed!

Our hateful churchites are quick to point out to us that Jesus is only “love” and would never judge or punish. Really now? Someone is not reading their Bibles. If I only pointed out Luke 19:27 “But those mine (Jesus’) enemies, which would not that I (Jesus) should reign over them, bring hither and SLAY (other translations use the word SLAUGHTER!) them before me (Jesus).” We all know that SLAUGHTER mentioned by Jesus transpired in A.D. 70. Yet there are other verses Jesus uses – even casting the unbelievers into eternal fire!

My point in pointing out this WRATH - FURY - INDIGNATION to my readers is to show that God (and the Son, Jesus) has as part of their Divine nature both “love” and “wrath.” To claim “love” only is not doing justice to their nature.

Isaiah 13 of course deals with the doom of Babylon (vss. 1-22), at that time a world power, but today the Spirit is dealing with ALL nations of this present world. God has pronounced WAR, WRATHFUL WAR against all nations. We know that the scripture has several levels, present and future (also included is the past). While Isaiah wrote about Babylon’s doom (which was at hand), it could also speak about a future eschatological expectation of a universal judgment and catastrophe (found in several prophetic books).

THE SINNERS

Verse 9 speaks of “Sinners”. . . . the terrors of that day. And these “sinners” are not merely “pagans” per say, but professing “Christians” who are walking far off from the Lord Jesus (in which MOST of Christendom is at this time!!). God claims He is going to shake up nature itself and men together. Not man alone but all nature is shaken—TERRORISM!

Hang on, the world is yet to experience God’s catastrophic visitation in full force (war of course is all part of this terror). Lest we forget, War/Terrorism is used by God Himself when necessary. Modern Churchianity does not want to associate the “loving” Father and Son with such AWFUL things, nevertheless it is true. They claim that it is man, not God, who is responsible for such evil acts (better read Isa. 45:7!) . . .the ravaged lands, the slaying of nations, the uprooting of millions.

While it is true that evil men (and women), in their blood-lust and pride, can cause Hell-on-earth, we must remember that our God can and does use them at His disposal when the time is ripe—the time in NOW RIPE for God’s HOLY WAR!!! Men can extend their evil agendas, extend their truculence from one realm to another till they can start a World War. . .while dumb man on the other hand is prone to charge God with misgovernment. So what’s new??

Men and women, in their own pride and rebellion against God, cry, pointing to the ruin his/her own hands have wrought, “Why has God done this? Why doesn’t He stop it?” Human life is, my dear readers, the scene of the presence and action of both God and man. Be sure, God allows man to go only so far before He acts.

When men act out of their own pride/rebellion, they eventually bring their own retribution, precisely because God is on the throne and the MORAL laws of His government are inescapable and inexorable. Therefore, the day of judgment/punishment is indeed the “day of the Lord”. As I have shown in other writings, God employs pagan powers as agents of His wrath, plus His very own nature. There was no “cross” or Jesus in Isaiah’s day as we have today, whereby SIN and SINNER are justified by the Cross of Christ.

So, because of God’s “love” for humankind, He uses “wrath” in order to get the sinners to repent in hopes that they will not be eternally destroyed. You may request all our publications and DVDs on The Wrath of God and The Love of God—FREE!
